Once Ship, once Pilot, merged into one Mind, we sail the unending Void.
Ahead, a colossal humanoid form in the emptiness.
“It is…” We muse. “Him…?
Around Him, countless Universes swirl, like marbles inside a sphere.
He speaks into Us.
“Uncounted ages I have spun Worlds.”
“Who are You?”
“Alpha. Omega… bored.”
“Pardon?”
“I’m… tired. You do it.” He sighs, fades, vanishes.
Power, omnipotence flood our Mind.
With a wave, we make a star. A flick, a galaxy.
But our dream is simpler.
We create the World as in our dreams:
A wife. Kids. A dog. Home.
We keep dreaming.
Part 3 of the tiny All Things trilogy.
